1 General Terms & Conditions

Fg444 (referred to as "the Platform" or "we" throughout these terms) is a licensed online gaming operator. These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the fg444 website and mobile application. • Fg444 employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on the Platform.
• Using the platform via bots, scripts, or any automated method is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Register

To open an account with fg444, you must register using accurate and truthful information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination, and any funds held may be forfeited.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed. As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, fg444 may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number at the time of registration.
• Only one account can be registered per mobile number.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Fg444 may verify an account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on fg444 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, or Rocket — Bangladesh's three leading mobile banking services. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 100.
• Maximum single deposit: BDT 50,000 (higher limits may apply for KYC-verified accounts).
• Deposits must be sent from your own registered mobile number.
• Funds received from another person's account or an unknown source will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If your deposit is not completed, contact support within 24 hours.

Fg444 does not charge any hidden payment fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges, which are outside fg444's control.

4 Bonus Policy

Fg444 offers a range of bonuses for both new and existing members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer. Claiming a bonus is considered acceptance of the associated terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new accounts on their first deposit. Cannot be claimed more than once.
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, a specified wagering amount must be met (typically 10–20 times the bonus value).
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 days of being issued. Any unused bonus will be cancelled automatically upon expiry.
• Multiple Accounts: If the same person claims bonuses across multiple accounts, all bonuses and accumulated funds will be forfeited.
• Misuse: If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, fg444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Winnings from fg444 can be withdrawn directly to Mobile Banking, Nagad, or Rocket. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed in under 5 minutes on average. First-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 100,000 (verified accounts).
• Withdrawals will only be sent to your registered mobile banking number.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been completed.
• Suspicious withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending verification.

Fg444 does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.

6 Gaming Policy

All games on fg444 are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every outcome is completely random and unbiased. Our game systems are regularly audited by independent third-party firms.

• Any manipulation, exploitation of software errors, or cheating other players is strictly prohibited.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, fg444 reserves the right to void the round in question.
• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is listed in the game information.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the server record will be considered final.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the gaming system will be treated as a criminal offence.

7 Security & Privacy

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Closure and Suspension

• Opening an account with false or inaccurate information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system.

You can also close your account at any time by contacting support. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

10 Changes to Terms & Contact

Fg444 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the Platform after any changes, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
